Adult Ed Wellness Laugh for Health

Laughter is the best medicine and laughter yoga is an effective way to navigate the stressors of daily life. This fun, interactive workshop combines simulated laughter exercises with breathing techniques to produce a wide range of physical, psychological, and emotional benefits. Suitable for all levels, from giggles to roars.
