Yoga Flow Beginner

The yoga flow series combines movement linked to the breath, working your body while engaging your mind. If you already have some yoga experience, you will find this course to be moderately challenging as you transition smoothly through sequences designed to increase health and vitality. Bring a yoga mat. 

  • 9 Tuesdays, July 8 – September 9, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (no class September 2) or
  • 9 Tuesdays, July 8 – September 9, 11 a.m. – noon (no class September 2) or
  • 9 Wednesdays, July 9 – September 10, 6 – 7 p.m. (no class September 3) or
  • 9 Tuesdays, October 7 – December 16, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (no class November 11 or 25) or
  • 9 Tuesdays, October 7 – December 16, 11 a.m. – noon (no class November 11 or 25) or
  • 9 Wednesdays, October 8 – December 10, 6 – 7 p.m. (no class November 26)
